Surrounded by vineyards, our winery is 700 metres above sea level in a unique environment shared by local flora and fauna. Its location and careful maintenance make it the perfect place for exceptional winemaking. Thanks to our wine tourism experiences, visitors can witness the creation of Jumilla wines in an idyllic setting. Our premises include a cellar with 4,200 barrels containing 225 litres of wine each, as well as three bladder presses, refrigeration and bottling equipment, and enough capacity for thousands of litres. The grapes are fed into a gravity-flow system from a height of over 26 feet. On average, the production process takes 10 to 15 days, and the temperature is controlled throughout the process to obtain complex and flavourful wines that are suitable for ageing.
