TASTING NOTE

Cherry red colour, high intensity with violet hues. Clean and bright. Intense and complex aromas. Red fruits notes, ripe, with floral and spicy notes. In mouth, well-structured and balanced, of large entry ample and long finish. Then ripe fruits appear again. Soft and persistent tannins.

Food Pairing

Salada with nuts and vinaigrettes, wild mushrooms, legumes, barbecued meat and all type of cheese.

Created in 1945 under the name Cooperativa Unión Agraria del Campo Santo Cristo (later changed to Bodegas Santo Cristo, then Crianzas y Viñedos Santo Cristo s. Coop), the winery belongs to the Campo de Borja P.D.O., Grenache territory par excellence. In the heart of Aragon and at the foot of Moncayo, the ideal conditions for growing Grenache are found here for quality wines.
