The wine has a red ruby colour, clean nose with aromas of ripe red fruits and forest berries, with some balsamic notes. On the palate, it has good volume/full bodied, well matured tannins and a good persistence on the finish. Good acidity and very well balanced. This wine is also classified as a ” Reserve ” because it has a very good structure (that will allow a good evolution in the bottle) and has an outstanding taste characteristic.

This wine pairs outstandingly with pork meat, oven roasts, red meat and cheeses. Our suggestion: crispy, slow-roasted pork belly with root vegetables.
