Pinot Noir is our passion.
gently selected and picked by hand we use only the best grapes from our best and oldest vineyards for our Pinot Noir Black Label. After two months of fermentation we press the fermented grapes and fill the wine up in oak barrels. We use 100% German oak trees for our barrels from a small forest with only 2.200 ha close to our winery. This forest is known as the “Bürgerwald” in our region.
Our Pinot Noir is structured with a fine presence of tannins and earthy flavors like tobacco and an outstanding fruit of red berries.
