Pfaffenheim Tradition Riesling

Dry and refined Riesling produces and an extremely elegant bouquet with various nuances – mineral (flint), floral, with a touch of citrus fruit, pine tree sap and cinnamon. Pale yellow colour with discreet green tints, shiny and limpid. The nose is fresh, developing lemon aromas with discrete notes evoking white flowers. Frank and sophisticated attack on the palate. It expresses plenty of volume and little by little discretely unveils a beautiful palate of yellow fruit flavours. Derived from noble origins, this is a lively and thirst-quenching wine, thoroughly true to type.

Pfaff Tradition Pinot Gris

Pinot Gris develops floral, dried fruit and jammy aromas. It is both fresh and full-bodied, with suppleness. An attractive golden yellow colour, it boasts a subtle and elegant nose with smoky, acidulated and yellow fleshed fruit aromas. Good freshness brings about crunchiness and finesse. The attack is frank and refined. This Pinot Gris offers good well-balanced and thirst-quenching matter with notes of yellow fleshed fruit, as well as heaps of fat. Good volume develops on the palate with plenty of aromatic persistence, underscored by freshness and balance. It is a very nice gastronomic wine.

Smokey, well-structured, persistent and pleasantly mellow on the palate. Its extraordinary freshness contributes to its growing success with those who appreciate nice floral bouquets and wines that are refined on the palate. Pale golden colour, with light green tints. Its nose develops peach and apricot aromas. Fresh and crunchy, with subtle roasted aromas. Its attack on the palate is frank and refined. The wine expresses flavours of yellow peach, plum. The finish is very refreshing, with good aromatic persistence, dominated by hazelnut, liquorice and smoky notes.

Cremant d’Alsace Blanc de Blanc

Pale yellow colour. Fine and persistent froth. The nose is flattering, pleasant, subtle and refreshing with discrete lemony notes. Fresh fruit dominates the nose. The attack on the palate is frank and ample, all the while remaining crunchy. Very elegant, this Cremant displays very good aromatic finesse with a round and persistent finish, always with plenty of fruit. This wine is very pleasant to drink.

Pfaff Tradition Gewurztraminer

““Gewurz” means spice, in line with the character of this variety. Gewurztraminer expresses strong fruit flavours, like pineapple or litchi, and in most cases, notes of rose petal. The spices generally evoke nutmeg or white pepper. Bright, limpid golden yellow colour. With its very intense nose, this Gewurztraminer develops typical aromas such as spices, sultanas and marc. A couple of floral notes (rose petal) offer freshness and refined characteristics. At once strong and thirst quenching on the palate. Well-balanced and ample matter. Very expressive, this wine evokes spices with a couple of notes of honey. It offers good aromatic persistence and excellent freshness on the palate. This wine is a typical example of the grape variety.”
