Grape varieties: Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz.
Colour: Very deep garnet purple.
Aromas: Powerful bouquet of luscious ripe red and
black fruits with an exquisite hint of spice.
Palate: This full bodied wine combines grace and splendour on
the palate, the tannins are smooth and flavours intense
with chocolate, coffee beans and vanilla.
Ageing: Minimum 6 months in French oak barrels.
Food Pairings: Pairs well with roasted lamb, tenderloin, pasta dishes, game,
pâté, soft full flavour cheeses and also complements Indian
specialties such as lamb kebabs and mutton biryani.
Serving Temperature: Serve at 16°C- 18°C.

Very deep garnet purple with aromas of blackcurrant and blackberry with
nuances of Mediterranean herbs and black pepper. A concentrated palate showing ripe, elegant dark berry fruit with great intensity and weight, complemented by soft, fine grain tannins. Great mouth feel and structure with a powerful and persistent finish.

Robust wine for robust dishes. Pairs well with pork, veal, grilled meat, kebabs and spicy preparations.

Serve cool at 16°C-18°C.

Aromas of honeysuckle, spiced pears and apricots on the nose. Refreshing, rich mouth feel and viscous texture.

Light spicy fish dishes, seafood, white meat, blue cheese, tarts and spicy Indian cuisine. This wine will also be very enjoyable alone as a refreshing drink.

Serve chilled at 8°C-10°C.
